Veronika Odrobinová is an attorney-at-law specialised in particular in employment law, banking & finance, mergers & acquisitions and insolvency law.
Veronika Odrobinová cooperates with Dvořák Hager & Partners since 2013. In the past, she has worked in Weinhold Legal (1999 – 2007) and Schoenherr (2007 – 2012) where she headed Employment Law and Banking & Finance practice groups.
Veronika Odrobinová graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and attended also an annual study program dedicated to EU law at the Faculty of Social Sciences of University in Toulouse. In addition to her legal practice, Veronika Odrobinová is also active in publishing. She is a co-author of "Large Book of Contract Templates" of C. H. Beck and further also regularly publishes legal articles. She is an active member of Labour Code & Social Affairs Committee of American Chamber of Commerce, board member of Czech Employment Lawyers Association, member of the Expert Advisory Board of Association for Development of Collective Bargaining and Labour Relations as well as the European Employment Lawyers Association. In addition to her native Czech, she is fluent in English and French.
